| Does my child need to be completely potty trained to attend your facility? |
No, they need to be on their way to becoming fully potty trained.
| How often is your facility cleaned? |
Every night the building is completely cleaned and sterilized. When an accident or spill happens during the day our staff is directed to clean up the mess with our cleaner/sterilizer at the time of the accident or spill.
| How do you handle redirecting the children? |
The children are given a warning, if the situation continues then they are removed from the situation to sit alone to think about what they did wrong. The teacher will give them a couple of minutes to think then they will ask the child why they are there. If the child can tell the teacher why then they would be excused to go back to the proper activity. If the child cannot tell why they were removed from the situation then the teacher will tell them and then explain why they should not do that. If another child was hurt from the incident then the child will apologize for what he did.
| What procedure is followed when a child gets hurt? |
The teacher will see where the child is hurt. If needed they will escort the child to the front office to be taken care of by the teacher or the person in the front office. Also the teacher will fill out an incident report that will be available for you to read and sign so you know exactly what happened. If it is a very serious accident that professional medical assistance is needed our registered nurse is called in and you will be notified immediately.

| What will my child do during the hours they attend your facility? |
Each and every day there is a schedule of events that your child will participate in. During our pre-school hours every half hour is completely structured with a learning and/or exploring activity. Outside of the pre-school hours, the time your child is here is structured and organized with funfilled activities.
