Selection Of New Employees
It is the policy of our Center to select employees on the basis of building up a competent working force. Accordingly, selection will be based solely on the applicant's qualification to do the job for which hired without regard to race, sex, creed, national origin, religion, marital status, political beliefs or disability.
Prior to employment, potential employees are required to submit evidence of health examination including negative Tuberculosis test no more than three (3) months old, and copies of their degrees and/or certification. Employees are required to submit three (3) references who may be contacted and a background check through the State Central Registry Clearance of the New York State Department of Social Services. Also, all staff must complete a fingerprinting process.
